We prioritize providing quality and fast service through the cutting-edge technology devices in our production line. For this reason, we are closely following the technological developments with our R&D team in order to maintain the efficiency of our modern production areas planned carefully and labour in our two factories of 21,500 square meters in the metal and wood production.

WELDING LINE

In our welding workshop within our facility, gas metal arc and argon welding processes are applied; also, spot and butt welding are performed. Welding process is performed on sheet metal, profile and wire materials.

TWISTING CENTER

Any part required for your project is twisted in the bending machines in our twisting center and the intended forms are obtained.

THE PRESS SHOP

Presses in range of 10 tons - 800 tons are available in the press line. The parts coming out of the sizing center or laser are delivered to the press shop for cutting, drilling and forming processes and they are processed.

SHELF PRODUCTION LINE

We engage in the production of shelves and panels in our roll form lines. After the sheet raw material is loaded, the sizing and twisting processes are realized on the same line. In our line where 6 tons of raw material can be loaded at once, we produce shelves and panels of various thicknesses and types every 7 seconds.

LASER LINE

We meet the demands of our customers by cutting all forms such as letter, pattern, etc., on sheets of various thicknesses in our laser line equipped with the cutting edge technology.

WOOD PRODUCTION CENTER

In our wood production plant, we produce the furniture and wooden stands and parts in our machines equipped with the cutting edge technology by the demands of our customers, and we carefully realize the assembly of these parts with our experienced craftsmen.

Roll Form Hattı

Dakikada 6 adet üretim kapasitesine sahip olan raf roll form hattımızda 0,80 mm kalınlığında sac kullanılır. Eni ve boyu değişken olmak üzere toplam 45 farklı çeşit raf üretimi yapmaktayız, Hattımız tam otomatik olması sebebiyle , sadece hammadde yüklemesi yaparak tamamen bitmiş ürün elde edilmektedir.

POWDER COATING LINE

We paint our products in the colors requested by our customers showing the maximum due care for the surface quality on our painting line equipped with the cutting edge technology in a length of 270 meters in our production facility.
